Order processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time: Once shipped, delivery takes 5–10 business days within the United States. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may vary slightly by destination.

Shipping area: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at info@thecoolcompanion.com.

Delays: Occasionally, carrier delays, weather, or high demand may extend delivery times beyond our estimates. If your order is significantly delayed, we'll keep you informed — and if it's lost in transit, we'll replace it or refund you.
