Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your address.

What's your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Contact us and we'll sort it out.

The mission

How much of my purchase goes to the shelters?
Profit from eligible purchases — what's left after product, shipping, and processing costs — goes to our animal welfare fund. The exact methodology and allocations are published on our Impact & Transparency page.

Why Morocco?
We're a Moroccan-American family. Morocco has a large street dog population, and reports from animal welfare organizations about their treatment — particularly ahead of the 2030 World Cup — moved us to act. We believe humane sheltering, sterilization, vaccination, and adoption are the sustainable path forward. Read more on our mission page.

Are you a charity?
No — we're a mission-driven store. That's a deliberate choice: it lets us fund the work through commerce rather than asking for donations. We hold ourselves to charity-level transparency anyway.

Which shelters do you fund?
We're currently evaluating implementation partners in Morocco. Partner names and project details will be published once agreements are confirmed.

Are your products tested on animals?
Our products are pet supplies — tested by animals, ideally very comfortable ones.
