We are passionate pet lovers who created The Cool Companion to provide quality pet supplies while supporting a cause close to our hearts. A portion of our profits is donated to dog shelters in Morocco to help provide food, medical care, and better living conditions for dogs in need.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused and in their original condition.

Be returned in their original packaging.

Include all accessories, tags, and manuals (if applicable).

Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened pet food or treats.

Used grooming products.

Personalized or custom-made items.

Gift cards.

Any item marked as final sale.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number.

A description of the issue.

Clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before sending it back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
