Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery takes 5–10 business days within the United States. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may vary slightly by destination.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at info@thecoolcompanion.com.

Delays

Occasionally, carrier delays, weather, or high demand may extend delivery times beyond our estimates. If your order is significantly delayed, we'll keep you informed — and if it's lost in transit, we'll replace it or refund you.
